Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cosmetic Injector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality results in the field of aesthetics. The Cosmetic Injector is responsible for injecting dermal fillers, toxins, and other treatments to enhance the appearance of clients. The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of skincare and be able to provide personalized consultations to clients. Responsibilities: – Must have 3 years of experience as a cosmetic injector in Plastic Surgeon Office or Med Spa – Administer dermal fillers, toxins and other treatments to clients to improve the appearance of their skin and facial features.- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their needs and expectations.- Administer toxins to reduce dynamic facial rhytids/ wrinkles, correct facial symmetry, accentuate or highlight facial features.- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and products in the beauty industry.- Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience.- Upsell and promote additional services and products to clients as appropriate – Master educator with other staff and provide mentorship for facility growth. -Responsible for all aspects of patient care and will include taking medical histories, performing skincare consults, and completing injectable appointments (including but not limited to: Botox, Xeomin, Bellafill, Kybella, Dysport, Restylane, Radiesse, Juvederm & Voluma etc.) Skills: JOB DUTIES Conduct client consults and treatment plans Document treatment in EMR Review and analyze the patient history Be knowledgeable in all services and products offered Cross-sell procedures and products that complement the procedure and enhance the results Participate in office events and social media Huge social media following willing to promote the business Maintain HIPAA requirements Educate patients on their options Clean and sanitize all equipment, patient rooms, and office in accordance to spa standards SKILL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS Licensed to practice in NM Ideally at least 3 years experience with injectables Highly polished and professional appearance Strong knowledge of neurotoxins and dermal fillers Excellent consultation and customer service skills Knowledge and understanding of health records and thorough documentation skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Empathetic to patients needs Quality and precision focused Extremely punctual Team-oriented and professional A positive outlook and willingness to collaborate Ability to sell Team leader and master educator to other aesthetic injectors.
