Key Responsibilities: – Deliver personalized skincare services, including clinical exfoliating treatments such as dermaplaning, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion. – Educate and empower clients by recommending professional-grade, high-end skincare products like iS Clinical, EltaMD, AnteageMD, Hydrinity, and our own Isabelle McLeod product line. – Provide exceptional customer service, understanding clients’ unique skincare needs and concerns. – Maintain a pristine and sanitary work environment by adhering to all sanitation protocols. – Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in skincare, continually enhancing your knowledge and offering innovative treatments. – Collaborate with the team to foster a positive, client-focused environment and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the studio. Requirements: – Valid New York aesthetician license. – Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing aesthetician, with at least 2 years of dermaplaning experience. – Strong background in clinical exfoliating treatments and the ability to educate clients on skincare routines. – Excellent communication and customer service skills. – A passion for skincare, education, and delivering transformative results. – Weekend availability is a must.
