Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented medical Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients. This medical Aesthetician position will be responsible for providing a wide range of advanced serviceswhile maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Able to offer eyelash extensions is preferred but not required. Duties: – Provide a variety of advanced cosmetic treatments, including microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, hydrafacials, LED Light therapy, and customized facials to clients.- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene.- Develop and maintain a rapport with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.- Communicate effectively with clients, providing detailed information on the treatments and services offered. – Recommend medical grade skin care to all clients to achieve their skin care goals.- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued.- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments.- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, always representing the company with the highest level of hospitality and respect. Requirements: – A current aesthetics license.- Strong knowledge of advanced skin care treatments and ability to educate clients on their skin and the products and treatments we offer.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a welcoming atmosphere.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of focus and attention to detail.- Ability to adapt to new treatments and services, with a willingness to learn and grow.
