Duties Perform a range of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion. Assess clients’ skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Educate clients on skincare routines and product usage for optimal results. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals. Collaborate with other beauty professionals to provide comprehensive services. Requirements Valid esthetician license or certification from an accredited institution. Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality services. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed. Previous experience in a spa or salon setting is preferred but not mandatory. A passion for beauty and wellness, with a desire to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
