Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team as an Independent Contractor. You will be making 60% of any services provided. The products, equipment and laundry for facials are provided by us your responsibility will be mostly to be on time provide the service to the clients and keep track of your schedule. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and have a comprehensive understanding of various esthetic treatments. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for enhancing the overall appearance and well-being of our clients through personalized skincare and beauty services. Duties Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, and dermabrasion. Consult with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare, beauty products, and techniques to provide informed recommendations. Foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects hospitality and enhances the client experience. Experience Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong knowledge of cosmetology principles, including color theory and skin anatomy. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid esthetician license or certification is required.
