You are mainly a facial+ service provider with some dedicated hours performing manager duties. Paid commission and salaried. Provides superb customer service to your clients, effective facial treatments along with selling our top retail skincare brands for the clients’ needs. Ability to regularly perform facials & hair removal (secondary). (peels, microdermabrasion, dermalinfusion, DiamondGlow, Luminfusion, NuFACE) Professional, enthusiastic, and motivated professional PA Esthetician license (not cosmetology) 1-2+ years supervising an esthetician team 3+ years working as an esthetician performing facials as your main focus Ability to build your own book within our spa Transform new clients into members/your clients Organized and driven leader capable of increasing overall esthetics sales Friendly, excellent communication skills with your team, management and clients. Ability and desire to up-sell services to clients & to give instructions on product ingredients, usage and purchase Clearly & consistently explain benefits of obtaining regular skincare services Knowledge and natural ability to sell retail products is a must Desire to build your own Esthetician business within our business and market yourself Team Player – WE ALL HELP EACH OTHER Flexible schedule: Availability for evenings and weekends; work no less than 28 hours per week, but 40 is desired. What you’ll be doing when not providing facial services: * Hands-on interviewing of estheticians & completion of related onboarding documents * Orientation & training of new estheticians * Train estheticians in any new protocol & procedures created. Fill out all related forms. * Post Slack updates weekly to keep team informed * Create contests for healthy competition amongst team members * Complete monthly evaluations of estheticians , provide feedback, goal setting & re-train as needed * Regular completion of inventory of all facial supplies, retail. Provide list of products & back bar needed for Esthetician rooms, etc to Spa Manager – anticipate business needs * Stay up to date on new protocols and ensuring same for your team * Recommend to management new products and services that corporate suggests * Regular review of Customer Surveys and timely feedback and recommendations to estheticians to improve scores. * Report Progress, suggestions and issues to Management team * Recommend ongoing training needed for estheticans to keep their techniques sharp * Keep Track of your team’s training calendar and progress * Maintain updated list of therapists including the modalities they perform and cannot perform and how to schedule them on the book (ie; 5/per day; 2 breaks, etc.) xe2x80x93 provide to Spa Associates * Support your team regularly via Zoom meetings and one-on-ones. * Regularly review analytics to meet individual and team goals. * Meet with spa manager/owners to review goals and how to reach them.
