This role will also include training on any new launches, product knowledge and overall brand awareness.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesCollaborationResponsible for connecting with clients, addressing their skincare needs and supporting store teams in creating memorable experiencesBe teamwork oriented with the ability to lead/work in a goal oriented sales environmentDesire to help clients and enjoy meeting, consulting and interactingDevelop and nurture relationships with retail partnersBe professional and positive in all situationsCollaborate with KS Team to ensure sales targets are achievedCommunicationEducate retail partners and clients on Kate Somerville brand heritage, product benefits and demonstration, and recommendationsCommunicate effectively with clients, retail partners, fellow brand partners, KS TeamRegularly communicate with KS Team on territory needs, notable happenings and competitive sales trendsClear and timely communication on scheduling xe2x80x93 availability, events, locations, dates, times, submitting timesheetsResultsAchieve sales results, goal is typically 4X hourly rateMerchandise, clean & refresh stock on primary and secondary locations according to maintain enjoyable shopping experience for clientsMaintaining expectations, protocols and standards of our retail partnersSkill, Experience and Education RequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent, licensed esthetician/cosmetologist a plusMinimum 3 years beauty retail sales, both beauty specialty and department stores experience a plusProven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer serviceExceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build positive business relationshipsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environmentSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyAble to work a flexible schedule including evenings & weekendsAble to work effective in both beauty specialty and department store environmentsExcellent, clear and timely verbal & written communication skillsMust have reliable transportationDigitally Savvy xe2x80x93 Must have mobile device and proficient computer and/or App SkillsThe expected pay range for this position is $25 to $32/hour.
