Lead Esthetician – CT Licensed

As an esthetician at our Brookfield franchised location,* you’ll join a team that’s passionate about helping people feel their best through total body care. And you have an important role to play in that mission as you: Combine your expertise and artistry along with our protocols and modalities to design customized facial and body treatments that meet the individual needs of clients. Become a trusted adviser to members and guests to help them pursue their total body care goals. Leading and overseeing the esthetics department, including product training, sales training, working one on one with team members, educating and mentoring staff. Managing the team: Coordinating, assigning, and guiding the work of other estheticians. Maintaining policies: Maintaining department policies and leading skin care meetings with team members and coordinating with reps. Maintaining inventory: Maintaining inventory of skin care products and working with vendors on product changes. Providing treatments: Providing a variety of skin care services. Working with the spa management team: Working with the spa management team to meet annual goals. Learning and training new technology. Train and meet with other estheticians on a regular basis to review performance. You’ll also need to meet the esthetics licensing requirements in our state and be able to pass a background and reference check with flying colors.
