OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Master Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments, laser and services, with the ability to provide exceptional customer care in a med spa environment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and retail sales acumen, ensuring clients receive the best possible experience while promoting our range of services and products. Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including laser, facials, microneedling, waxing, and hair threading. Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries. Educate clients on skincare regimens and recommend products for home use to enhance results. Achieve sales targets by promoting services and retail products effectively to clients. Stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetics and continuously improve skills through professional development. Skills Proficiency in a wide variety of aesthetic treatments. Experience in a med spa setting is required. Strong retail sales skills with the ability to engage clients and drive product sales. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
