MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN

Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team in a dynamic and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and customer service and an eagerness to provide exceptional experiences for our patients. Our ideal candidate is not only technically proficient but also has a strong ability to connect with patients and provide tailored skin care advice and treatments. Responsibilities Perform a variety of aesthetic services including facials, and skin treatments. Analyze patient’s skin types and conditions, recommending appropriate treatments and skincare products. Work closely with our Nurse Practitioners and Coordinators to maintain a seamless and efficient care environment, ensuring that each patient receives the highest quality of attention and support. Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients warmly, addressing their needs, and ensuring a comfortable experience. Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and aesthetics to provide informed recommendations to clients. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment to adhere to health and safety standards. Position Requirements: Florida Aesthetician license Positive attitude and a self-starter mentality Team player with the ability to jump in on other tasks during non-appointment times. Knowledgeable of skin types, appropriate services, and skin products with the ability to make recommendations for new patients. Friendly and outgoing with the ability to provide a calming and stress-free experience for patients. Maintain a professional appearance and a clean and tidy work environment. Experience Previous experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role within a med spa is preferred. The job is part-time at the moment but may expand to more hours or full-time, if needed.
