We are actively seeking a full-time licensed Lead Medical Aesthetician for our new location in Easton, Pennsylvania. This role is responsible for administering aesthetic procedures within their scope of practice and in accordance with standardized policy and protocols. Maintaining Standards: Take pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment, performing thorough prep work for treatments, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and Board standards. Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented, adhering to treatment logs, documentation, and stock management protocols to ensure seamless operations. In-office treatments and services that you will be directly responsible for as assigned by the Clinical Director listed below: Microneedling Chemical Peels Full Face LED Therapy Hydrafacial Lymphatic Drainage Facials Microcurrent Sculpting Facials Oxygen Therapy Facials Cryotherapy Facials YOUR EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: Current state licensure as an aesthetician, with any relevant certifications in advanced aesthetic treatments. Strongly Desired: Face Reality Acne Expert Certification and proven track record in successful management of mild-moderate acne. Minimum of 1+ years of experience, specifically focused on aesthetic medicine and skincare. Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare and a commitment to ongoing education in the field. Excellent hands-on training and practical experience in the listed treatments, demonstrating a proven track record of successful outcomes. Thorough understanding of skin types and conditions, with prior experience effectively treating a variety of skin concerns across the Fitzpatrick scale, including acne, hyperpigmentation, aging, and sensitivity. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport and trust with clients. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Passionate about wellness and committed to a holistic approach to patient care and aesthetics.
