After spending 20 years at home raising my three daughters, I decided to pursue my esthetics license and launch my career as an esthetician. I spent my first five years in the treatment room, growing my business from a single studio to three treatment rooms and a team of five estheticians. While I enjoyed the hands-on work, I realized that my true passion lay in guiding clients through their skincare journeys, helping them achieve their goals. After a decade of running the studio, I transitioned to online consultations, allowing me to reach a wider audience and have a more significant impact. If you have a burning desire to help others with their skincare challenges here are the… Skills We’re Looking For: I am looking for someone who… Has proven experience in the skincare or cosmetics industry. Is hungry to learn from the best and excel in the skincare industry. A polished writer who is comfortable writing helpful and engaging content and editing their work without much oversight. Is a finisher. Do you hate leaving things unfinished? You must log the details of working with clients and work dutifully to ensure that the client has a positive experience with your recommendations. Is comfortable upselling and cross-selling products that will improve the customer’s experience, ensuring that they achieve their desired skincare goal. Ability to demonstrate products confidently and educate clients on proper usage. Bonus Skills: Esthetic or cosmetology license or five years equivalent experience in the skincare and cosmetics industry.
