Overview: We are seeking a talented, motivated and experienced Aesthetician to join our fabulous team. If you have a strong background in aesthetics and are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you. The perfect candidate would have an understanding of micro-needling and derma-planing but no need to worry if you are new to the industry, we provide in house training, as we value educating our staff and want to see all our employees succeed. Responsibilities:- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and desired outcomes- Provide personalized recommendations for skincare routines and products- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in aesthetics through continuous education and training- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times- Assist with social media management to promote services and engage with clients Requirements: -Valid aesthetician license/certification-Proven 1+ years experience as an aesthetician and available to work some weekends-Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques-Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients-Exceptional customer service skills-Ability to multitask and manage appointments effectively-Attention to detail and strong organizational skills We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
