Aesthetician

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetician to join our team. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing a range of medical spa treatments to our clients, including Hydrafacial, microneedling and chemical peels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetics and possess excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities:- Conduct consultations with clients to determine their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments- Utilize Vagaro software to schedule appointments and manage client information- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following proper sanitization protocols- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction- Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend products for at-home use- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and welcoming spa environment Skills:- Strong knowledge of aesthetics- Knowledge of microneedling treatments is preferred but not required (Virtue RF & SkinPen)- Excellent sales skills to upsell services and products (Skinbetter, Skinceutical, Hydrinity, Plated)- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients on skincare routines Commission plus tips Part-time average monthly income: $4200 Opportunity to move to full time If you are a passionate Aesthetician looking to join a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
