We are professional, supportive, engaging and our goal is to bring the finest and most technologically advanced recovery and health modalities to Niwot, CO. Featuring Body Sculpting & Contouring, XR Cryotherapy, Normatec Compression Therapy, and we are looking to add more esthetic/recovery services as we grow, such as cryoskin, hydrafacial, and more! Ideal candidates will have a passion for helping clients achieve their desired body goals, have excellent communication skills, willingness to learn, problem solving skills, and the ability to take initiative as a team leader.We are looking for an Esthetician who enjoys a client facing role and can work well in a team environment, as well as individually.Our work environment includes:xe2x97x8f Flexible working hoursxe2x97x8f Lively atmospherexe2x97x8f High volume clientelexe2x97x8f Client facing/treatment room settingResponsibilities:-Participate in local community events- Consult with clients to determine their body goals and create personalized treatment plans by selling various packages.- Administer services of cryotherapy, compression therapy, rapid tension relief, body sculpting, and body muscle contouring.- Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance to ensure optimal results.- Maintain accurate client records and keep up to date with the latest industry developments and advancements.- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room with a hip/relaxing environment.- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional packages via online CRM tools and social media; Help create fun and engaging photo and video content for our social media.- Keep in communication with the owner and marketing agency, as well as members of the team.- Manage inventory orders, set and track KPIs and conduct employee performance reviews, assist with running payroll- Ensure clinic operations are running smoothly- Collaborate with clinic manager on administrative tasks, step into the managerial role when the clinic manager is outRequirements:- Body sculpting experience or related field preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.- Esthetician license (newly licensed estheticians are welcome to apply)- Strong customer service and people skills.- Ability to work independently and be influential in selling the packages people need for their desired results.- Tech savvy; Knowledge on content creation for instagram, tiktok, and facebook- Sales Experience required- Administrative Experience such as payroll or bookkeeping, inventory management, schedule management, KPI tracking, etc- Team leadership- Google Suite | Vagaro | StripeBenefits:- Competitive hourly pay and commission structure.
