This position actively promotes/sells cosmetic products, pricing, and services. This is a commission eligible role.xc2xa0Here are just a few things we offer:Access to health, dental, and vision insuranceEligible for PTO and Holiday payCompany paid life insurance and long term disability (full-time only)Access to voluntary short term disability insurance (full-time only)Access to additional life insurance401K with employer contributionProfit sharingEmployee discountsAnd much more!Essential Functions:Actively promotes/sells cosmetic products and services.Performs, explains, and schedules select cosmetic consults and treatments per protocols.Provide appropriate patient education and after care instructions.Provide recommendations for cosmetic service enhancements and implements approved plans within specified timeframes.Assist with development of advertising and promotional materials.Responsible for all cosmetic discussions regarding all available cosmetic treatment options available.Responsible for aftercare instructions, relaying information between the doctor and the patient and from the patient to the doctor and schedule appropriate follow up and treatments.Education, Skills & Experience:Graduate of an accredited esthetician program or commensurate experience.1-2 years of related experience in a medical office or spa setting is preferred.Proficiency in basic computer functions and keyboarding is required.Ability to learn new software quickly and operate standard office equipment is required.Ability to understand physicianxe2x80x99s instructions and know when to seek additional information or clarification is required.Demonstrates professional appearance and manner at all times.Ability to display a friendly cheerful, tactful and polite demeanor and compassionate caring in dealing with others is required.
