Show tenacity and desire to learn and improve.About the Role:Perform consultations, educate and create individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Perform a range of skincare and beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, body treatments, and makeup application, among othersPerform aesthetic body sculpting treatments in accordance with Evolve Med Spa standards Make recommendations to patients on other services and products Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and building a loyal clientele baseKeep up-to-date with the latest skincare and beauty trends, products, and treatments, and participate in ongoing training and developmentWork collaboratively with other members of the team to achieve business goals and targets, and contribute to a positive and supportive team cultureActively promote the spa services and products offered as well as programs or promotions available Handle guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously Duties and Responsibilities: Can work the hours needed: Thursdays 10-8p, Fridays 10-6p and every Saturday 9-2pPerform microdermabrasion, peels, enhancements and customized facials for all skin types xe2x80xa2 Provide consistent professional facials in accordance with spa protocols and accepted practices xe2x80xa2 Effectively communicate and educate our guests with regards to specific skincare concerns Have complete knowledge and understanding of all spa facial services Ensure that treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies and equipmentMaintain medical aesthetic equipment Maintain accurate records of client consultations, treatments, and product recommendations, properly document in EMR per Evolve Med Spa protocol Maintain and follow proper HIPAA and OSHA protocol Additional Position Requirements: You must have experience doing a variety of facials and medical grade treatments in a spa setting. You should have strong product knowledge and be skilled at treating all types of skin conditions. The Esthetician is highly professional and very detail orientedMust have a thorough knowledge performing skin analysis and ability to customize facials based on analysis Experience using high frequency, microdermabrasion, peels and other advanced therapiesMust have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality Possess the ability to work without direct supervision Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment Must be a team player Strong time managementCommunication skillsReports to: Clinic DirectorEducation and Experience Requirements:New Jersey Licensed Esthetician Minimum 1 year experience Experienced in Microdermabrasion, Peels and HydraFacial/Diamond Glo FacialsLED therapy and other advanced therapies Compensation:Hourly, plus monthly bonusesEmployee discounts on products and treatmentsSchedule: This is a Part Time Position, Hours needed are Thursdays 10-8p Fridays 10-6p and Saturdays 9-2p Total of 20-25 hours per week. License/Certification: Esthetician License (Required) Work Location: One location, may be asked to travel from time to time
