Our studio offers a range of treatments, including facials, waxing, and brow wax and tint services, aimed at enhancing our clients’ natural beauty and promoting overall well-being. Description Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and talented Part-time Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, with a focus on delivering personalized services to meet the unique needs of each client. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment, providing high-quality treatments to enhance our clients’ skincare and beauty routines. Responsibilities: Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, and brow wax and tint services, with precision and attention to detail. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Provide personalized skincare advice and recommendations to clients, including homecare routines and product suggestions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and workspaces, adhering to studio cleanliness and sanitation protocols. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to continually enhance service offerings and client satisfaction. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication, professionalism, and exceptional service delivery. Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and processing client payments, as needed. Qualifications: Esthetician license/certification from an accredited institution. Previous experience working as an esthetician in a spa, skincare clinic, or beauty studio setting. Proficiency in performing facials, waxing, and brow wax and tint services with precision and expertise. Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatments, with the ability to make personalized recommendations based on client needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
