Licensed Master Aesthetician for Busy Plastic Surgery PracticeThe Bitar Cosmetic Surgery Institute, one of the busiest and fastest growing cosmetic surgery practices in the DC area, is seeking an experienced licensed master Aesthetician to handle skin care servicesxc2xa0in our Fairfax location.Responsibilities:Perform a wide variety of skin care and non – surgical treatments including, HydraFacials, Morpheus,xc2xa0Micro-needling, Chemical peels, and Laser treatments including hair removal, IPL/BBL, Nano Peel LaserExperience with Coolsculpting, Sciton Lasers, EmSculpt, Exilis, Plasma Penxc2xa0and Ultherapy is a plusProvide skin care consultations for prospective clients and surgery patientsRecommendxc2xa0home skin care regiment with one of our many product linesGrow clientele through proactive marketing efforts including phone calls, email blasts, special events, consultations and referrals.Collaborate with Marketing Director to develop social media posts, blogs, special events, and email promotionsAssist with back end and retail product inventoryProvide the highest level of customer serviceMeet monthly sales quotasProvide social media content with marketing teamRequirementsA Licensed Master Aesthetician degree from an accredited institution with 2 years of work experience as a master aesthetician5-7 years of general work experienceMust be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to multi-task and self – direct.Proficient in Microsoft Office.
