New U Women’s Clinic & Aesthetics is seeking a talented Master Esthetician to join our dynamic team. As a Master Esthetician, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing professional quality facials and esthetic services tailored to the unique needs of each individual. Key Responsibilities: Perform professional quality facials within scope of practice and licensing, adhering to organizational policies and protocols. Provide exceptional guest service, consistently implementing rules, guidelines, and procedures. Educate clients on skincare products and recommend personalized protocols for at-home care. Stay updated on retail products and promotions, contributing to a positive guest experience. Support team goals and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. Requirements: Education, Skills, and Training: Completion of a minimum of 500 hours of skincare education, including required classroom work. Participation in continuing education to enhance effectiveness (preferred). Ability to pass a background check with satisfactory results. Compliance with local and state licensing laws and regulations. Proficiency in performing facials and following protocols. Must hold a current Master Esthetician License in Washington State. Communications and Personal Interactions: Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills. Ability to communicate courteously and professionally with clients, colleagues, and management. Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
