Must havexc2xa0great work ethic and be willing to learn our facial protocols.xc2xa0The Aesthetician administers professional facials, peels, microdermabrasion, hydrafacial and other medical spa skincare treatments to our clients. They must possess a thorough knowledge of the skin, all skin types, acne and other common skin care concerns. They must possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills, and be willing and eager to train in our spaxe2x80x99s specific facial protocols. They must possess strong communication skills and become experts in the product lines we carry. (All providers should feel comfortable recommending our retail products to clients and will have set retail goals each quarter.) They must hold and maintain a current California state license.Duties and Responsibilities:Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the practice.Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training patients in these areas so they are aware of all of our services offered.Actively promote home skin care regimens and document all medical information using appropriate forms and clinical notes in the software system.Meet minimum retail and service sales goals, monthly, quarterly and annually xe2x80x93 20% of total revenue.Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spaxe2x80x99s policies and procedures.Thoroughly document all patient treatments and conversations in a timely manner.Have a thorough working knowledge of all medical protocols, standard operating procedures, and policies that pertain to your role.Support other practitioners by assisting with rooming and prepping patients for treatment as needed.Having a working knowledge of all services we provide xe2x80x94 even those administered by aesthetic medical providers (Botox, filler, Ulthera, etc.)Perform prep work and properly clean and restock room as required.Actively promote all treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.Handle patientsxe2x80x99 questions and concerns professionally and courteously.Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by patients, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.Possess ability to work without direct supervision.Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the medical spa.Assist in all areas of business operation as requested by management.Attend all scheduled trainings, in-services, and continued education courses in and out of house.Attend staff meetings as requested.Abide by facility established pricing guides and minimums.
