JOB DESCRIPTION Silver Mirror is actively looking for creative, energetic, and talented estheticians to perform high-quality, customized facials at our locations. As an esthetician, your job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Analyze, consult and perform high-quality facials in a professional setting Maintain a neat and sanitized station Create an excellent and unforgettable experience for our clients Build new guest relationships and focus on retention of clients Meet and/or exceed service and retail objectives Execute services to Silver Mirror standards JOB REQUIREMENTS Valid and current NY State Esthetician license Deep and thorough understanding of skin, skincare and products Consistently deliver remarkable customer service Able to utilize new techniques and ideas Able to meet with performance goals and sales requirements Schedule flexibility required including nights and weekends Reliable and punctual Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills SHIFTS We are looking to fill weekday shifts and weekend shifts. All Estheticians are required to work one weekend day.
