We offer a great work/personal life balance and supportive work environment. INSTRUCTOR REQUIREMENTS As an instructor, you are not just providing direct instruction, you are setting the bar. You provide instruction with services, product, ingredients, professionalism, industry knowledge and customer service. You model how to communicate with customers/clients, maintain professionalism and prepare students to meet the expectations of employers in the field. You use your teaching, coaching, and mentoring skills as you ensure students are progressing toward becoming safe, professional skincare professionals. You complete administrative tasks as you grade, train, and track attendance. You love teaching and helping students to achieve goals as they better themselves in this skilled occupation! Minimum of 3 years experience as an Aesthetician Possess a valid Aesthetics license Prior training/teaching experience is a plus, as is current Delaware licensure as an Aesthetics Instructor!
