We are looking for a motivated Licensed Esthetician with great social media presence and an already established clientele to join our team. Description The ideal candidate is motivated in becoming a certified acne specialist, comfortable performing chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, hydrafacial, and developing a results-driven skincare regimen for each client. Candidate MUST be proficient in Facial Techniques, How to Customize a Skincare Regimen, and knowledgeable of ALL skin types. A MANDATORY minimum of 2 years experience required. HUGE PLUS if also a Certified Medical Assistant. Cross-training on medical services offered. Candidate will also have the opportunity be trained on Hydrafacial, Hydrinity, VI Peel, Skinbetter Science, Aerolase Laser, and more. Qualifications 2 Years Experience (Required) Excellent communication skills Ability to work a flexible work schedule Adaptable Great technique and ability to achieve desired results Effective time management Ability to multi-task and manage several priorities Ability to Upsell and Comfortable Selling Products/Packages Hourly + Commission Based Pay Offered Based on Experience.
