Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician

We are seeking an experienced Laser tech or Medical Aesthetician to join our team and contribute to our mission of enhancing natural beauty. Responsibilities: – MUST HAVE MEDICAL GRADE LASER EXPERIENCE. – Perform a range of aesthetic treatments including hydrafacials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, tattoo removal and other cutting edge laser therapies. -Assess client’s skin conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans. -Conduct consultations and understand client’s goals and address their concerns. -Utilize your expertise in laser treatments for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other applications. -Build strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and personalized recommendations. -Proactively upsell additional treatments and skincare products based on client’s needs. -Collaborate with our team to create a welcoming and positive environment for clients. – Demonstrate excellent customer service skills at all times. – Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications: – . Esthetician License preferred but not required. – Proficiency in laser treatments, including hair removal, skin resurfacing, and pre-generative care. – Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients. – Proven ability to upsell and convert clients. – Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset. – Existing local clientele preferred.
