We are seeking a talented and licensed Medical Aesthetician to join OVME. As a Medical Aesthetician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional skincare treatments and services to our clients. Your expertise in various non-surgical aesthetic procedures and advanced skincare techniques will help our clients achieve optimal skin health and rejuvenation while ensuring a safe and comfortable experience. Key Responsibilities xc2xb7Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skincare concerns, medical history, and lifestyle factors, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and goals. xc2xb7Perform a wide range of advanced skincare treatments, such as chemical peels, HydraFacial, laser treatments, and other non-surgical procedures, tailored to individual client requirements. xc2xb7Administer facials and other skincare services using professional techniques and high-quality products to improve skin tone, texture, and overall appearance. xc2xb7Offer expert advice on skincare regimens, including product recommendations and lifestyle modifications, to maintain and enhance treatment results. xc2xb7Utilize medical-grade equipment and technologies effectively and safely, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines. xc2xb7Educate clients on proper skincare practices, including sun protection, nutrition, and lifestyle choices that promote healthy skin. xc2xb7Conduct pre- and post-treatment assessments, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications. xc2xb7Collaborate with Aesthetic Practitioners to develop comprehensive treatment plans. xc2xb7Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes, consent forms, and progress photos, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations. xc2xb7Stay up to date with the latest advancements in skincare, cosmetic procedures, and industry trends through continuous education and professional development. Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Education / Experience Requirements xc2xb7Licensed Aesthetician. xc2xb7Minimum 2 years of concentrated experience in medical aesthetics, laser treatments, and all other premium aesthetic services is preferred. xc2xb7 Medical CRM/Zenoti experience is a plus. Work Skills xc2xb7Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. xc2xb7Educate clients about retail lines and products. xc2xb7Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented collaborative team environment. xc2xb7Ability to function independently with minimal supervision. xc2xb7Ability to work well independently and in a team environment. xc2xb7Strong sense of ownership and urgency. xc2xb7Extremely detail oriented. xc2xb7Maintain a clean and organized work area. xc2xb7Self-starter and passion for learning. xc2xb7Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
