Key Elements of the Job Exceptional proficiency in all Spa Attendant tasks . Responsibilities which will include: answering phones, booking appointments, checking guests in and out of the facility and completing all shift reports and paperwork . Daily communication to all Spa staff regarding daily/upcoming events through use of daily briefings, pass-on logs, memos, or any other means necessary. Will be involved in and responsible for the training of all new Spa Attendants according to the requirements of the Spa and HR. Updating the Spa Attendant training manual, procedures and new hire testing on a quarterly basis to reflect updates in procedures and tasks. Continual re-training of Spa Attendants in areas that become apparent by creating action plans to correct Attendant challenges . Monitoring Spa Attendant performance and assisting with information gathering for performance reviews . Implementing new procedures for Spa Attendants in order to improve productivity and service delivery. Proactively monitoring the books, and educating Attendants, to ensure: Reservations are complete and correct in order to foresee and prevent glitches and guest complaints. Reservations are made with regard to productivity to reduce the amount of down time for Therapists, Aestheticians, and Technicians. Strategic booking practices with regard to productivity and room utilization during peak hours. Proactively working with the Lead Therapist to ensure sufficient staffing levels to meet business demands smooth running of the operation and maintain an open line of communication between the therapist team and the desk staff . Assists Spa Director with group bookings and correspondence . Comply with Four Seasonsxe2x80x99 Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact . Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors .
